Returns & Exchanges
Please keep in mind items are made to order. You may cancel your order at anytime before shipment for a full refund.
Returns are accepted for Veronica Rock for store credit within 10 days of receipt. Items must be in unused and unworn condition, and in original packaging. Buyer pays all return shipping unless item arrives damaged, in which case Veronica Rock Studio will replace or repair and pay all related shipping. At the event of when a product is sold out, Veronica Rock has the right to cancel the order and refund any amount paid. Veronica Rock shall also notify the customer of equivalent replacement products if available.
